A Guide for Cardiac Rehabilitation (cardiac rehab). The purpose of this booklet is to provide the patient with the information about heart disease and recovery after suffering a heart attack.

Heart Failure Survival Kit (hf survival kit) is a compendium of do's and don'ts in kit form for patients with congestive heart failure, that suggest specific diet lifestyle and exercise changes of benefit in heart failure.
